About BriefYourMarket.comWe are BriefYourMarket and were a multi award-winning, multi-channel marketing platform that helps hundreds of businesses from around the world to win more business through some pretty sophisticated technology!Are we any good Well, weve won numerous awards for our technology over the years including being named as the 5th fastest growing technology company in the UK in the prestigious Deloitte Technology Fast50 awards.Right now, were looking for a bubbly and motivated Software Trainer who can hit the ground running and play a key part in helping us to achieve our mission of becoming the very best in the world at what we do!The opportunityAs a Training Executive, it is your responsibility to understand the requirements of the customer, what attracted them to our product and devise what their initial strategy will be.Once their system has been implemented, you will be the first point of contact for delivery, either face-to-face or virtually walking them through the suite of features in a passionate and confident way.You will have a strong understanding of our proposition, so you can relay this back to the customer for a smooth transition from the point of sale.Return on Investment is the goal and you will be able to confidently strategise with our customers on using the system to help them achieve this.Handling customers of different technical abilities is second nature; through a patient manner, you will impart your knowledge leaving them eager to get started.You will be managing your own workload and managing the diaries of other team members / employees to meet ever-changing customer needs, so you will be organised and forward thinking to maintain a smooth delivery of our software.You will assist the Customer Success Managers with additional training sessions for customers throughout their lifecycle to ensure high usage and ultimately the customers return on their investment with us.Summary of responsibilities
