Our teams are passionate about their business and the road that we are on to achieve our goals.The opportunityAs a Training Executive, it is your responsibility to understand the requirements of the customer, what attracted them to our product anddevisewhat their initial strategy will be.Once their system has been implemented, you will be the first point of contact for delivery, either face-to-face or virtually walking them through the suite of featuresin a passionate andconfidentway.You will have a strong understanding ofour proposition, so you can relay this back to the customer for a smooth transition fromthe point of sale.Return on Investment is the goal and you will be able toconfidentlystrategise with our customers on using the system to help them achieve this.Handling customers of different technical abilitiesis second nature; throughapatientmanner, you will impart your knowledge leaving them eager to get started.You will be managing your own workload and managing the diaries of other team members / employees to meet ever-changing customer needs,so you will beorganisedandforward thinking tomaintain a smooth deliveryof our software.You will assist the Customer Success Managers with additionaltraining sessions for customers throughout their lifecycle toensurehighusage and ultimately the customers return on their investment with us.Summary of responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding process for new accounts by both telephone and site visits throughout the UK.
  • Toconductboth online & on-site training, from one-on-one sessions to large groups of delegateson every aspect of theBriefYourMarket.comsystem.
  • Todemonstrate ROI from the outset.
  • To ensure new accounts are implemented and trained to a high standard to gain the most from BriefYourMarket.com.
  • Customer liaison and inputting information into theCRM databaseto track record of all correspondence and account changes.
  • Upselling of other BriefYourMarket.com products to increase revenue.
  • Make regular contact with clients via telephone calls, onlinemeetingsand on-site visits.
  • Assist in customers’ marketing communications where needed.
  • Assist indealing with queries andtechnical calls, loggingticketsand overseeingthemthrough to completion.
  • Building strong customer relationships with users and stakeholders.
  • Present the company and yourself in a professional manner tocustomers at all times.Highlight and arrange testimonials and case studies from new customers.
