Job Description

Senior IFA Administrator £22,000 - £28,000 - plus benefitsSenior IFA Administrator required by a highly successful professional practice based in Linlithgow. Due to continued growth, they now require an experienced Administrator to provide support to the financial planners.You will work across the full range of Pensions, Investments and Protection and be responsible for:

  • Managing the Adviser’s diary and client appointments
  • Preparing meeting packs for client’s initial meetings
  • Preparing review packs for existing clients including portfolio valuations
  • Book/Prepare Zoom, Teams, Facetime meetings for Adviser
  • Preparing portfolio valuations as requested.
  • Preparing and issuing Letters of Authority
  • Chasers
  • Simplified advice reports (i.e., investment top ups)
  • Updating client records
    • To be considered for this opportunity, candidates need to have:
  • IFA Administration experience
  • Some technical experience around basic suitability report writing and review work would be advantageous
  • Professional communication manner, both written and verbally
  • Progress towards professional qualifications would be an advantage
    • In return you will receive:
  • Basic Salary up to £28,000
  • Working with experienced Independent Financial Planners
  • Study support towards Level 4 Diploma and further CII exams
