Following a recent new business opportunity to support a national wealth management firm scale-up their own training academy,we are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant who thrives on delivering excellence.Job Overview:As a Delivery-focused Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and delivering high-quality candidates to our client. Youll work closely with our client to understand their staffing needs and ensure a seamless and efficient recruitmentprocess from start to finish to achieving quarterly hiring needs and intakes.Key Responsibilities:Candidate Sourcing and Assessment:

Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen and assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with client needs.
Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidate suitability for our client’s Academy.

Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to provide clients with valuable insights.

Delivery Excellence:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to offer acceptance and onboarding.
Coordinate interview schedules, provide feedback, and negotiate offers.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Share best practices, insights, and market knowledge within the team.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a focus on candidate delivery – perhaps coming from internal recruitment/RPO position.
Strong client relationship management skills and a commitment to client satisfaction.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Adept at using recruitment software and databases to track candidate and client interactions.
Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
Results-oriented and driven to meet and exceed recruitment targets.

Education and Experience:

Ideally hold previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, particularly in a delivery-focused role.
May consider financial services sales & business development background
