  • The GSOC is the coordination focal point for security operations monitoring and crisis response across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Japan, Asia and Pacific (JPAC) regions. The GSOC operates 24/7, 365 days a year, staffed by 4 teams of OAs and management.
  • As a Operationd Analyst you will be the initial point of contact for enquires and communications with national and international clients by monitoring and responding to alarm activations across many different countries.
  • Where necessary you will be providing advice to callers and reporting incidents using the designated reporting procedures and protocols set out by us and our clients.
  • You will also be maintaining appropriate and timely coordination between client sites, personnel, and the appropriate Global Physical Security (GPS) and other Lines of Business management on a daily basis.

  • Have an understanding of or have the ability to learn the main tenets of safety and security operations and procedures.
  • Desirable Skills
  • Already SIA certified and CCTV trained.
  • Previous GSOC or similar experience.
  • Previous CCTV operator experience.
  • Previous crisis management experience.
  • Previous experience with alarm monitoring systems, radio and phone usage.
  • Basic First Aid Certification.
