Youll ideally be CIPD level 3 qualified, willing to work towards level 5, have experience working withHR policy, procedures, and be comfortable managing ER cases.Other information:* A Basic salary of up to £30K (DOE)* Car/ Cash Allowance of £5,000* Home/field-based (approximately 3 days at home)* 25 days Annual Leave plus Bank holidays* Company-contributed pension scheme* Full time - Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
