They are looking for a driven F&B orientated restaurant and bar Deputy Manager to join their rapidly expanding company at this establishedpicturesque rural location. The venue has real kerb appeal with its location and a very enviable countryside views for its users.The role: Global Talent 2020s client will require the Deputy Manager to daily support the GM at the property, in leading the large diverse team across the site, to deliver memorable food and drink services experiences for its customers . You will be covering responsibilitiesfor all front and back of house personnel and service operations. The well-appointed food and drink concept will require a proven F&B led Deputy Manager candidate with previous operational experience with volume wet/dry services.You will need to be used to being very customer facing, assist the GM in managing to help ensure company standards are being met. You must possess an eye for detail, have great people soft skills, whilst also showing understanding with your commercial andup-selling sales abilities. Understanding also of management of stock ordering processes and expenditure controls, are also highly desired for the right candidate.You will also be assisted across all areas as required through your supportive team of HODs and Supervisory staffs.
