Job Description

I am recruiting a Customer Administrator to join a forward-thinking Telecoms services provider in the Linlithgow area. Paying a basic salary between GBP21255 - GBP23231 depending on experience, this is an entry-level role with opportunities for theright candidate to transition quickly into a specialist role working alongside the existing team. I am keen to speak to ambitious candidates who have previous experience in a Customer Administrator role or similar. What will you be doing as a Customer AdministratorRespond to any incoming emails in the provisioning and support shared mailboxes as allocated to you by the client services manager Answering incoming telephone calls to the Company, including overflow from other business units and functions Liaising with the suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records using our IT systems e.g., CRM and supplier portals Keeping customers apprised of the progress of their orders or support cases by communicating using appropriate medium e.g. telephone or email; Supporting Senior Account Managers, Account Managers and Specialists with case management Escalating cases to the client services manager that fall out with either our own or the suppliers service level agreements (SLA) Additional duties as required to support the wider team and business. We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:Previous experience working as a Customer Service Administrator, Coordinator, Admin Support based role A current and valid drivers licence Strong communication skills both written and verbal Good attention to detail with excellent organisational skills Ability to work effectively under pressure What will you get in return for your work as a Customer AdministratorSalary: GBP21255 - GBP23231 depending on experience 23 days holiday + bank holidays (increase with level of service) Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5:00pm Yearly company events!
