Job Description

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in performing creditcontrol duties and excellent analytical skills. To succeed in this role they must have a meticulous attention to detail, enjoy identifying and rectifying issues and be innovative when it comes to problem solving. The role is based in Linlithgow, core officehours, Monday-Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm.A large part of the role will include but not be limited to:

  • Daily proactive contact to obtain payment of due/overdue debts
  • Invoicing - Sales and Purchasing
  • Opening new accounts, including credit checking
  • Managing queries through to satisfactory resolution
  • Cash flow reports
  • Carrying out account reconciliations as required
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills / experience:
  • Previous experience in similar role is essential
  • Excellent IT Skills
  • Be self-proficient and also work well as part of a team
  • Be able to liaise well with other departments
  • Have excellent organisational skills
  • High attention to detail
