Credit Controller - West Lothian - Temporary (3mth) Change recruitment group are delighted to be partnering with a growing organisation based in West Lothian on the search for a Credit Controller to join their team on a contract basis initially. Key responsibilities will include:· Reviewing sales ledger/aged debtors list for overdue accounts· Follow up payments of accounts· Answer customer queries regarding disputed invoices· Record and maintain accurate and detailed records· Work with urgency in all tasks, contributing towards a positive customer experience · Maintain and work to reduce aged debt· Adhoc dutiesKey skills and experience required: · Previous experience within a Credit Control/Sales Ledger function· Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of Excel · Strong attention to detail · Previous experience of resolving complex queries· Ability to work within a fast-paced environmentIf you have the above experience and would like to apply for the role then please submit your CV at the earliest opportunity.
