Job Description

  • Are you an experienced Administrator with Credit Control/finance experience looking for an exciting, flexible new role
  • Are you available to start immediately for a reputable company
Office Angels Livingston is delighted to offer a vibrant new role for an experienced administrator who has experience within a finance team, specifically within credit control. Youll be part of a friendly, open minded and hard-working team, supporting themin all matters financial on a 6 month temporary basis due to a large volume of work. We are looking for someone who ideally can work on a full time basis however 4 days per week would also be considered.Benefits include on-site parking and after your initial training period, the option of hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week from the office!Key Responsibilities.
  • Managing the Credit Control mailbox and responding / resolving customer queries and requests within SLAs.
  • Management of the query process
  • Supporting the credit controller with the management of overdue letters and statements process.
  • Assist with the management of the direct debit process
  • Responsibility of raising refund, write off, settlement, payment plans and transfer requests within SLA
  • Supporting the credit control team with inbound calls for cover.
  • Management of administration duties which include printing, filing, scanning and email to customers
  • Liaising with clients and external bodies to discuss debt management programmes.
  • Adhoc duties relating to house-keeping of data on accounts
Required Skills or Experience:
  • Ideally a period of practical experience of credit control and/or customer services.
  • Ideally a period of practical experience in administration
  • Microsoft office efficient
  • Proven ability to succeed in a complex and dynamic environment
  • Strong numeracy skills
