Butcher - Linlitgow Butcher (Permanent) We are Scotland’s leading fish, meat and delicatessen supplier to hotels and restaurants.We are looking to recruit skilled and experienced butchers. Duties will include preparation of the full range of meat and poultry. Good knife skills and previous experience in butchery is required. Rates of pay are negotiable and will depend on experience/skills. Candidates may be required to demonstrate butchery skills with a knife skills test.These are permanent vacancies. Nightshift or dayshift vacancies are available.Nightshift hours are 9pm to 5am (5 nights per week). Saturday night is non-working.Dayshift is working Monday to Friday and also alternate Saturday mornings. Hours of work can be flexible if you require this. Required skills
