We work with some of the largest blue-chip companies in the UK although our client base is widespread and diverse.We are seeking a business development executive to work across all key areas of our group but with a focus on our learning and development brand, Redmill Advance.Redmill Advance faces into the financial services marketplace. Our digital platform can be accessed 24/7 and includes a variety of CISI and CII regulated training alongside other essential CPD programmes across regulation, compliance, leadership, business,and softs-skills. We blend our digital services with live training and partner with some of the largest financial services companies both in the UK and across Europe.Redmill Consulting is our recruitment brand. We offer recruitment services within financial services and accountancy and finance both in the permanent, contract, and temp fields.HR Sorted is our HR brand. We offer off the shelf policies that support small to medium-sized businesses with strategy and growth. We also offer outsourced HR professionals for these same clients.The roleWe are seeking a tenacious, proactive business developer to create new opportunities within our vertical markets. We expect the split of activity to be somewhere in the region of 60% Redmill Advance, 30% Redmill Consulting, 10% HR Sorted. You will be expectedto generate new leads across all parts of the group.About youYou will have a hunger for business development and understand what it takes to pick up the phone and introduce a service-based proposition.
