Job Description

Gi Group are currently seeking a Sprayshop Team Leader to become a part of team in family-run business that has been a leading manufacturer of high-quality doors and bespoke joinery since 1918 based in Epworth.**Please be aware, having your own transport is essential due to location**Working hoursMonday to Thursday 8.00am - 4.30pmFriday 8.00am - 3.30pm39 hours working week with possible overtimeThis is an ongoing, temporary to permanent position.Salary depends on experienceKey Responsibilities:* Following production schedules* Ensure the highest levels of quality throughout, rejecting poor quality when necessary* Help to plan / organise sprayshop workload in advance for each week* Corrective / Preventive action - work with all departments to prevent wasted/down time* Reporting any issues to sprayshop supervisor* Ensure maintenance is carried out correctly and on time, ensuring they are clean and safe* Following Health and Safety practices* Spray shop and paint stores to be maintained in line with permits, ensuring correct stock levels, using old stock before new and out of date stock is disposed of correctly* Any other reasonable duties that might be needed from time to time to assist the companyPerson Specification: Experience in similar role desirable  Proactive positive attitude with a desire to want to improve and do things better Good interpersonal skill to be able to influence and communicate across all levels of the business Good attention to detail whilst working in an organised manner, prioritising own workload effectivelyIf this sounds like the role for you, please APPLY now with an up-to-date CV.Gi Group Holdings Recruitment Limited group of companies includes Gi Recruitment Limited, Draefern Limited, Gi Group Recruitment Ltd, INTOO (UK) Limited, Marks Sattin (UK) Limited, TACK TMI UK Limited and Grafton Professional Staffing Limited.
