Job Description

Sales Executive£23,500 + Bonus and Excellent BenefitsLincolnElevation are excited to be recruiting for a Sales Executive to join a reputable, national house building company.The role is a varied role with the main responsibility to provide customer-centric sales advice and support whilst working towards sales targets.You will be delivering a 5* Customer experience and be part of the exciting house buying journey with our customers, which consists of over 80% of our customers being first time buyers and around two thirds are key workers.This position requires flexibility in terms of working hours and days of work, it is a varied and interesting one, encompassing skills and responsibilities from different areas.Sales Executive Role & Responsibilities:Achieve target salesMeet with clients, assess their needs and qualifyPrice negotiationLiaise with all interested parties (clients, solicitors, estate agents, etc.)Customer follow-upMarket research and competitor analysisMaintain the customer enquiry databaseRecord customer details at reservationComplete and distribute all documentation as requiredSales Executive Skills & Experience:Experience within Face to Face customer servicesExperience in new build home sales or property salesPersonable, well presented, and composed at all timesImmaculate communication and presentation skillsSelf-motivated, determined, and efficientAbility to adapt to different surroundings on a day-to-day basisBenefits:Permanent, full time (Thursday to Monday, 10am-5pm)Competitive commission ratesGenerous holiday entitlement of 26 days per annumHoliday Buy Back SchemeCompany Pension SchemePrivate Medical Insurance SchemeHealthshield membershipLife Assurance SchemeShare Purchase PlanIf you think you match the specified criteria, or would like to hear more about the role, please get in touch!
