Job Description

We are looking for full time, Part time , bank , evening and weekends only carers. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Carers. As a Home Carer, you will play a crucial role in providing essential support and assistance to individuals who require care in the comfort of their own homes. This isa rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others and contribute to their well-being.Responsibilities:

  1. Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  2. Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and comfort of clients.
  3. Administer medications and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals.
  4. Prepare and serve meals, adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences.
  5. Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up, laundry, and maintaining a clean and organized living environment for clients.
  6. Engage in companionship activities, such as conversation, reading, and accompanying clients on outings.
  7. Document and report any changes in clients condition or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.
Requirements:
  1. Compassionate and patient nature, with a genuine desire to help and care for others.
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients and their families.
  3. Ability to follow instructions and work independently, while also being a team player.
  4. Flexibility in working hours, including availability for evenings and weekends.
  5. Valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle (if applicable).
  6. Must pass a background check and provide references.
Benefits:
  1. Competitive pay starting from £10.50 per hour.
  2. Travel time paid at the hourly wage to compensate for time spent commuting between client visits.
  3. Fuel reimbursement at a rate of 35p per mile to cover travel expenses.
