Job Description

Project analyst or PMO Analyst or Project Coordinator required to join my client an international supplier of technical solutions within the engineering sector.Offering a part remote role with flexibility around days in and out of the office. Role also includes free parking for when you are required on site.The Project Analyst, PMO analyst or Project Coordinator - will report to the Technical Operations Manager and will be responsible for:

  • Executing project administrative tasks, tracking the activities of various teams, and providing project
  • Status updates to stakeholders. The Project Coordinator will work under the direction of the Technical Operations
  • Manager but shall have the authority to direct resources and project direction to meet the project objectives. The
  • Project Coordinator will be expected to work on multiple projects concurrently and therefore must be capable of
  • Prioritising their own workload and challenging others where project delivery is at risk. The Project Coordinator
  • Should be capable of understanding software requirements and discussing these requirements with technical staff and non-technical customers as well as assisting with the creation of development change and feature requests.
  • The Project Coordinator would also be required to assist with the transfer of documentation and knowledge as software solutions move into production.
Key Responsibilities for the Project Analyst, PMO Analyst or Project Coordinator will include but not be limited to the following:
  • Assist with the administration activities for end-to-end delivery of projects
  • Document project details and objectives and actions
  • Update stakeholders of progress, via formal reporting
  • Fully understand business requirements and be able to discuss and explain them to developers and technical staff
  • Pre-sales support as required
  • Maintain software production schedules
  • Report on project schedules
  • Owning actions, following up on actions of others
  • Create and maintain project documentation
  • Assist with the co-ordination of internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects
