Job Description

Site Utilities Manager (Days Based)A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Utilities Manager to join an excellent Food manufacturer in the Lifton area.With no day ever being the same the Site Utilities Manager role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class manufacturing environment.Role & Responsibilities:

Managing a team of multi skilled shift engineers as well as contractors.
Establish and implement an effective PPM schedule across the shifts for site utilities, including boilers and chillers.
Focus on Continuous improvement activities, utilising Root Cause Analysis, to implement cost savings and ensure production efficiency.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Previous Experience in Management / Leadership in a similar role.
Effluent Plant and Industrial Boiler
Degree in Engineering or Apprentice trained - Electrical / Mechanical.
Food manufacturing / FMCG experience would be highly advantageous.

Package and Benefits:

50,000 DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday Days based
