In our alreadyhighly automated and technologically advanced site we have ambitious growth too.Our HR & Training Delivery Partner will be an integral part of our team, working closely with the HR Business Partner to undertake the annual training analysis and design and deliver the annual development plan to build capability of the workforce.You will develop a learning culture that helps to build skills and capability in an engaging and supportive way, motivating colleagues to develop their potential and build succession development plans to support secure business delivery.About you

  • Relevant qualification in learning and development/learning design
  • Experienced in learning analytics and measures to evaluate the impact of learning solutions
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a learning and development environment with a focus on programme content design using a range of methodologies
  • Strong understanding in leadership and management learning design and intervention
  • Confident communicator who is able to give recommendations based on evidence and experience
  • Extensive experience in presenting and facilitating
  • IT literate professional, specifically in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
