Job Description

Sales Support AdministratorLenton, NottinghamMonday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm - Some flexibility is required£25,000 - £30,000 Per Annum, Depending on experienceOffice Based - Not Remote WorkingOur client is seeking an experienced sales support administrator who can help manage and collate a large database of information. You will be responsible for organising task lists, managing the sales pipeline and booking meetings for the sales team.You will have a strong customer focus and have excellent communication skills, giving you the ability to build up strong relationships and resolve any issues. You will be resilient, thick skinned and be able to stay focused in a fast paced role.Responsibilities:

  • Organising a database of up to 14,000 records
  • Contacting customers to ensure contact details are accurate and up to date
  • Tidying up tasks lists and managing the sales pipeline
  • Contacting customers and booking appointments for the sales team
  • Ability to liaise with a variety of people and handle any issues/complaints
  • Providing after-sales support to customers
  • Send out marketing mailshots from the system
  • Happy to help out with other tasks around the office, where needed
Experience:
  • Experience in a similar role is ESSENTIAL
  • Microsoft software experience is ESSENTIAL
  • Organisational skills and managing your workload efficiently
  • Ability to communicate with a variety of people and manage complaints resolution
  • Happy to be on the phone and contact various customers/clients
