Job Description

| PLANNING AND SUPPORT OFFICER || LENTON OFFICE BUT HOME WORKING REQUIRED || £18,821 + QUARTERLY ATTENDANCE BONUS || 37.5 HOURS MONDAY - FRIDAY |Our client, a national charity supporting people living with disabilities, are seeking to appoint a Planning and Support Officer to join their growing Nottingham team. You will be organised and efficient and provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of experts.Responsibilities:

  • To organise and support a team of experts with all administrative tasks
  • Clarify details and requirements of events and allocate appropriate members of the team to attend
  • Match support staff to individuals
  • Assist with report writing
  • Recognise areas of development when required
  • Manage a fast paced and ever-changing workload
  • Represent the organisation in a professional manner at all times
  • Please note this role will require some immediate home working due to the pandemic and possibly going forward so flexibility is required
  • Skills/Attributes/Experience:
  • Experience working with people who use health and social care services is highly advantageous
  • Proven administrative experience
  • Ability to communicate with a diverse range of people
  • Ability to prioritise a demanding workload
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Good IT skills and competent in the use of Microsoft packages
