Job Description

AdministratorFull Time, 3 month permanent contractMonday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm, Parking availableNG7, Nottingham - Office Based Role£9.70 Per HourOur client is looking for a receptionist / administrator to co-ordinate the administrative processes and procedures critical to the accurate recording of information and reporting of outcomes for the company, whilst also providing a welcoming and efficientreception provision. Duties include communicating with internal or external partners by various methods, having excellent customer care skills together with an excellent telephone manner and an awareness of the necessity to maintain absolute confidentiality.Responsibilities:

  • Handle telephone calls and other enquiries from service users, general public, internal and external agencies.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring that any required quantitative and qualitative monitoring for continuous funding is prepared, collated and provided to managers.
  • Provide a comprehensive, efficient, sensitive and confidential administrative and secretarial support to the team including correspondence filing, photocopying, collating of documents (including assessments packs, medication requests & therapeutic resources).
  • Provide administrative support to internal and external meetings.
  • Pay particular attention to customer care and ensure that all visitors and telephone contacts receive the highest quality of service. Be sensitive to the individual needs of residents and visitors.
  • Process orders for consumables such as stationary, domestic products used within the service. Ensuring deliveries are logged and processed appropriately.
