Robotic Field Service Engineer required for a robotics manufacturer based in the West Midlands. The role will be 3 nights staying away 2 at sight every week. You need to be able to travel to Leek, North Staffordshire and Cannock, South Staffordshire.Robotic Field Service Engineer (West Midlands) Position Overview- Installation, commissioning & service of robotic equipment which are installed and integrated within existing production lines and cells.- Programming of Bespoke systems including PLCs and controls on the robot equipment.- Routine service checks and breakdown maintenance.- Heavily involved with commissioning of projects and updating software on the robots.- Providing end user support to customers as well as training and demonstration delivery.- Having an autonomous hands on approach managing of workload and time constraints to ensure the delivery of projects effectively.Robotic Field Service Engineer (West Midlands) Position RequirementsYou must be willing to work on and off site, work to targets and deal directly with customers/operators.- Have a flexible positive approach to your work and working hours.- Honest and reliable.- Excellent communication skills.- Time Served or equivalent qualifications required.Robotic Field Service Engineer (West Midlands) Position Remuneration35-45k depending on experience with mechanical/electrical/robotics skillsets.Salary depending on experience and skillsets (robotics, mechanical and or electrical bias)- 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, we have a company shutdown of 3 days in Christmas week, 17 usable days holiday.- Company car.- Expenses.- Full support and training with some of the best engineers in the midlands from both sides of the business.- No 24/7 callouts - we wouldnt ask you to do anything we wouldnt do.- Fairness and transparency in travel times and work capacity.- Loyalty bonus.- Full time, permanent position available with immediate start.- Hours flexible to suit projects/customers.- Company workwear, mobile phone and laptop supplied.- Pension.Bennett and Game Recruitment are a multi-disciplined technical recruitment agency based in Chichester, West Sussex operating across the UK with specialist teams covering a range of industries.
