The shift patterns include working nights and weekends, 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week.Where you will be working:Location:Ballington Gardens, Leek, Staffordshire ST13 5LWYou will be working at Ballington House, a 13 bedded mental health rehabilitation hospital that provides services for women with complex mental health needs.The environment at Ballington House is a unique aspect of the service with care provided in one of six apartments which offer single and two person accommodation.You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to support women who often have complex mental health and co-morbid conditions.What you will get:
