RESIDENTIAL CARE WORKER - LEEKAREA*Full training package provided*Casual Dress*Flexible working pattern*Employee referral bonus scheme*Yearly pay reviews based on Development*Overtime above contractual hours*Sleeps paid on holidays (based on 52 wk avg)* Opportunities for succession within our Residential/ Fostering/Education/Therapy departments, full training provided*Competitive Salary which can include up to 6k approx per year sleep in paymentsSalary - £25,000 - £26,000Are you dynamic and motivational ready to be an inspiration to young people We are looking for Residential Child Care Workers to join our Established residential homes in Stoke.Our homes require individuals who will help guide young people and be fully supporting of our ethos. You will be working with children and young people aged 7 - 11 with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties. You must be over 21 years of age and musthold a full UK driving license.It is a requirement that you undertake & complete your Diploma Level 3 in Working with Children & Young People within 2 years, this is fully supported by our Training Centre.The main purpose of the role is to provide a safe, secure, and positive environment for the children where they feel it is their home, working to the company standards and Ofsted Regulations. To assist in the continuous improvement and development of the quality,image and reputation of the Home.For people that already hold a relevant L3 salary can be open to discussionSalary includes night working hours which will be required as part of the role
