Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join a growing, local recruitment agency. A recruitment agency where the focus is on candidate and client experience, sourcing quality candidates for quality roles.For the right candidate we can offer the opportunity to work towards a formal recruitment qualification along with ongoing professional development.The RoleThis role will be to support and co-ordinate recruitment and related administration. To build and maintain positive relationships with our key stakeholders and customers, whilst delivering a first-class customer service. The role involves screening applicantsby telephone from making the initial calls to take candidates through a telephone interview, taking ownership for the candidate journey, ensuring you provide an excellent service to the candidates and hiring managers.

  • Identify candidates through various channels, including CV databases, social media, job boards etc.
  • Use of different mediums to contact candidates/clients (telephone, email, skype)
  • Conducting initial candidate cv screening and checks
  • Supporting the Consultants with the placement of high-quality candidates into roles
  • Paperwork and databases updated/completed in a timely manner and to a high quality
  • General administration duties
Who are we looking forYou must be comfortable working in a smaller, yet fast paced team with the ability to work independently.It would be advantageous for the candidate to have a similar background however, most importantly we are looking for;
  • Confident and resilient telephone manner
  • Strong administration background along with customer service experience
  • Good interpersonal skills - you must be comfortable talking to candidates and clients on a daily basis
  • High level of motivation and the ability to work alone and as part of a small team
  • Computer Literate (MS office, data entry)
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet targets and adhere to strict guidelines and legislation
What they can offer in Return
  • £19,500 - £21,000 depending on experience

  • 20 days annual leave, increasing by 1 day each year (max 25 days) + bank holidays

This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday. Our core hours of business are 9-5pm Monday - Friday
