Split into manageable units and well supported by nurses and HCAsRecent 5* relative reviews show a great performance and approach to care by the home..About the Role:As a Unit Manager, youll work under the leadership of the Home Manager and Deputy Manager and will be at the forefront of clinical care delivery on your designated unit.Youll be responsible for providing strong leadership to develop and improve the standard of daily living for the service users in your home.Youll be a natural role model, able to manage a team of Registered Nurses, Trainee Nursing Associates and Health Care Assistants on your unit.Were looking for someone whos well organised, can work under their own initiative as well as part of a multidisciplinary team, and is up-to-date with current evidence-based clinical practice.This is a great opportunity for a Registered Nurse who wants to progress into a management role.If you are interested in further information about this excellent Unit Manager position in Leek paying £21 an hour + paid breaks, please apply.
