On behalf of my established client based in the heart of Staffordshire, I am looking to recruit an experienced Installations/Project Manager. Managing a small team of installers and support staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and timely installation of a high end home improvement product. This is a very varied role and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in logistics, scheduling & project management, whilst also being able to train and develop a team and be an escalation point for all customers including complaints process and before and after sales support.
