Ballington House is a thirteen bed locked rehabilitationunit for adults with enduring mental health needs where the team put the service users at the centre of everything that they do.You will have previous experience of working in a mental health setting as a ward manager or head of care. You will have a demonstrable record of effective and positive leadership with excellent knowledge and understanding of mental health issues, riskmanagement and therapeutic interventions as well as being able to co-ordinate the team, follow procedures and ensure a safe environment is maintained.As an integral part of the team you will be responsible for the management of the rota and ensuring that regulatory reporting is completed in a timely manner. You will offer the team guidance and training as required to ensure they have the skills necessaryfor their role.
