Job Description

We are looking to recruit x2 interim Finance Managers/Finance Business Partners to support a x2 £200 million T/O regions of a large blue business. Based in Bristol - but with 60% home working, the roles will see you reporting into a highly experienced FinanceDirector who will offer you both autonomy and support.The roles will be responsible for the delivery of gross margin reporting and product-customer profitability reporting. You will also get involved in budgeting, forecasting, investment appraisal, adhoc analysis and projects and will deliver value add decisionsupport to sales & marketing, procurement, supply chain and manufacturing.You will work very closely with the Finance Director and Senior Management Team, and therefore your communication and relationship building skills will need to be exceptional. As the successful Finance Business Partner you will be inquisitive and will enjoygetting under the skin of what drives a business to create opportunity.You must also be comfortable explaining financial information to non-finance as you will be expected to provide insight into all aspects of financial performance.Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

Responsible for producing budgets, forecasts and analysis per product
Business partner Operations and Manufacturing to discuss the monthly results
Develop and drive forward looking management information that can contribute to the performance and development of your business area
Active involvement and contribution to improving the wider finance function and the finance timetable
Look to utilise technology and systems to maximise business opportunities and efficiencies

Requirements:As the successful Finance Business Partner you will be / have:

A fully qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA or CIMA
A good team player and leader
Ambitious with an inquisitive mindset
The ability to work closely with Senior Management and communicate at all levels
Strong Excel skills
