Job Description

Juice has a fantastic opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a dynamic and growing technology company as an Customer Helpdesk Advisor.The company develops tailored made software solutions for the health industry and due to their continued success, they are looking to grow their customer helpdesk advisor team.We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual who understands the importance of excellent customer service. In return you will receive full training and have the opportunity to work with an expanding organisation where new ideas and methodologiesare welcomed and encouraged.Duties include:

  • Answering inbound calls from customers
  • Listening to customers and understanding their query
  • Troubleshooting and aiming to resolve issues on the first call
  • Escalate queries that cannot be resolved to the 2nd or 3rd line team
  • Follow up calls to keep customers updated on progress
  • Working closely with various departments within the organisation
Skills Required:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous customer call handling is desirable
  • Strong understanding of customer service
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Ability to trouble shoot
  • Good time management
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • Have an interest in IT/Tech is advantageous
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pmDuration: Temporary to permanent contractBenefits:
