Job Description

Our client is an innovative privately owned company renowned for delivering best in class end to end e-commerce brand development and shopper centric operations. They are a go-to partner for the largest Retailers, Marketplaces and Brands to enable more seamlessshopper experience whilst delivering profitable revenue growth across the entire breadth of the E-commerce channel with shipping capabilities across Europe.They are looking for an ambitious Warehouse Manager in a newly created role to join their growing team in the Rugby hub to help shape the future.

Leading a team to deliver the day-to-day management, running and organisation of a fully operational and automated warehouse.
Leading from the front whilst enabling others to push through technology focused innovation and change whilst ensuring productivity targets are achieved.
Comfortable managing a variety of services from inbound, space management, to goods out across a variety of different channels in ecommerce and wholesale including re-labeling, product re-works, personalisation, and many other value add servicing all inour 250,000 square foot warehouse.
Owner for the seamless operation and careful handling of high profile Brand Partners such as Unilever, P&G, lOreal, Nestle, Mattel and many more.

What you will you be doing:Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with companys policies and visionOversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operationsSetup layout and ensure efficient space utilizationInitiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and proceduresAdhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirementsMaintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and securityManage stock control and reconcile with data storage systemPrepare annual budgetLiaise with clients, suppliers and transport companiesPlan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise resultsRecruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employeesProduce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services providedThe successful candidate will have:Proven work experience as a Warehouse ManagerExpertise in warehouse management procedures and best practicesProven ability to implement process improvement initiativesStrong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databasesLeadership skills and ability manage staffStrong decision making and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills
