Rugby based - CV23Temporary ongoing - 12 months or moreNights position - 7pm to 7am - 4 on 4 offOur client, a very interesting communications company, are looking for a Night Security Operator to join their team. The successful candidate will provide technical support, customer service and security overnight at their site, spending most of their shiftwithin the office to respond to any queries or emergencies, along with patrolling the site twice throughout the night.The key responsibilities:

Respond to queries from clients and customers over the phone or email (these dont come in very often, but need responding to when they do come in)
Monitoring and nightly operation, ensuring that any events or emergencies are escalated appropriately
Logging support requests and monitoring alarms, patrolling the site and ensuring everything is as it should be

The ideal candidate:

Reliable, trustworthy and attentive to detail
Ability to stay awake and motivated for 12 hours overnight - you will be working alone on this shift
Excellent communication skills
Great IT skills and ease in understanding systems
For this position you will be subject to a DBS check before you are able to begin working
