Job Description

Were currently searching for an Allocator to join our Buying and Merchandising team. You will be focusing on our volumes of stock data, what we have and what we need. You will monitor and analyse data playing an integral part by making sure our stores receivethe right product, at the right time, therefore maximizing sales and service for the customer.What youll be doing

  • Managing delivery schedules, stock allocation and seasonal profile management
  • Support exit plans and reintroduction of products
  • Working with central warehouse and stores regarding stock, orders and deliveries
  • Support the team to update and maintain our product systems, spreadsheets and order catalogues
  • Carrying out regular and ad-hoc analysis of our product range
About you
  • Youre a real number cruncher with analytical and critical thinking. You have demonstrable experience of working with volumes of data
  • Strong planning, prioritisation, presentation and problem-solving skills. Youll need to be comfortable managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skillsyou will be building relationships with colleagues and stakeholders throughout the business
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Demonstrable system skills for Excel
