Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide the best possible solutions.
Deliver best-in-class service to our customers through great interactions and effective delivery.
Use initiative and quick thinking to solve issues.
Proactively identify any possible improvements to team processes.
Meet internal service level KPIs.
Support team members and store teams as required.

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong team player who works considerately with others.
Customer-obsessed with a passion for delivering the right experience for our customers.
Calm, focused, and able to work under pressure.
Excellent written, editing, and communication skills.
