Hard FM/Estates ManagementForth Valley Royal Hospital - Larbert£44,000 - £48,000 pa, Dependant Upon ExperienceSerco are the facilities management (Hard FM) partner for the 865 bed, 95,000m2 NHS Forth Valley Royal Hospital. Serco provide maintenance services for the building fabric and the engineering systems within the hospital.We are seeking an enthusiastic andexperienced Maintenance Manager who will be responsible for all maintenance activities relating to the contract. You will be supported by an in-house team and a range of specialist sub-contractors, to ensure the delivery of a customer focused Hard FM service.This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in this high performing Estates Management Service in one of Scotlands flagship healthcare facilities.What we are looking for in our candidateTo achieve the key goals as Maintenance Manager, the ideal candidate will have relevant technical qualifications, a solid understanding of a broad range of processes relating to the operation of an Estates department, experience of managing sub-contractorsand be conversant with the mechanical, electrical and electronic systems used within a healthcare environment or other complex facilities. Line management experience of staff is essential.
