Support and coach business leaders, building management and leadership capability
Advocate engagement, talent and L&D agendas, and build strong succession pipelines
Contribute to the people strategy, strategic and operational plans
Advise on all HR matters, ensuing best practice and legal compliance in ER, Performance Management, Change Management and Absence etc.

Experience in a strategic level multi-site HR role
Commercial acumen
Ability to build capability within a stakeholder group
Ideally CIPD, French as a 2ndLanguage and knowledge of French Employment Law would also be desirable
