Customer Service - Heating Services Advisor- Larbert Fk5 area - £21k plus commission (average monthly £300 - £500) Commission is uncapped.Working with our Heating Services customers, dealing with inbound and outbound calls with the aim of retaining and converting service referrals, calling customers to arrange service visits and dealing with customer queries and complaints, customer retention.On a daily basis you will deal with customers in a polite manner. Handle inbound calls and emails to support the customer with any queries, issues, defected sites, complaints etc. Data entry of client information. Up-sell to our premium offering or new serviceplans etc. You will need previous telephone based Customer Service or Sales experience. Self-confidence and good interpersonal skills.You will be working Monday -Friday 8.30am -5.00pmJoin this great company & be part of this busy friendly team!
