Job Description

My client is looking for a sales advisor to join their team to help with Maternity cover untill at least the end of DecemberThe main duties of the role will be to drive sales and retention of new and existing Heating Services customers, dealing with inbound and outbound calls with the aim of retaining, upselling and converting service referrals, proactively calling customersto arrange service visits and upselling additional products and while also being the primary interface for customer queries and complaints, maximising customer retention.CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES: Deal with customers in a polite manner, exceeding customers expectations of service Actively always look to upsell to our premium offering Display strong sales acumen to handle objections, develop good rapport, demonstrate active listening and offer excellent customer service while securing customer retention and increased product value Conduct pro-active customer calls to review service delivery ensuring feedback to the relevant managers in order to aid improvement where necessary Conduct pro-active calls to relevant customers to drive increased service numbers to wider the customer base Ensure customer complaints are handled in a polite and effective manner and are appropriately logged on the complaints system and escalatedto the Customer Relations team in line with the Company complaints procedureIf interested then please apply or call Grace on or email
