We currently have an opportunity for aCredit Controllerto work at our office in Larbert on a Full Time and Permanent Basis. We are offering a competitive salary for a 37.5 hour week between Monday - Friday.We are also looking to implement flexible working to this role in the long term between home based and office work.As a Credit Controller you will assist in the efficient collection, control and administration of monies owed to the Company within the guidelines determined by the agreed credit terms while dealing with returned payments as appropriate and within guidelines of credit policy.. You would be expected to Understand Credit Insurance Policies and work within Certas Credit Policy & relevant Credit Insurance Company.You should have an in depth experience of customer services skills as you would be expected to monitor customer complaints securing resolutions with the relevant department, Handle all customer financial details in a confidential manner, as specified inthe agreed finance processes.Process and monitor returned payments and report all bounced payments to the credit insurers within the policy.It is preferred, though not essential that you have previous Credit Control experience.
