We currently have a vacancy for a Credit Control Team Leader working 37.5 hours MondayFriday, on a full time and permanent basis. This position of Credit Control Team Leader will be based out of our Larbert office offering a competitive salaryAs a Credit Control Team Leader, your primary responsibilities will be to lead a high performing team in a professional, responsive and effective manner, that satisfies the needs and requirements of the business and customers. You will Deliver best in practicecollections within the guide lines determined by the agreed credit terms, while embracing a continuous improvement culture, with an aim of maximising cash flow whilst managing risk and bad debt exposure.This role would involve you working closely with all departments within the business, building and maintaining good relationships. You will manage escalations from the team, customers, and service partners ensuring a satisfactory resolution while escalatingor advising management as appropriate. You Must ensure you understand Credit Insurance Policies and work within the Certas Credit Policy.Furthermore you will as a Credit Control team Leader hold and chair monthly meetings with Sales Management for the Region / Adjacency covering team changes, key accounts and any relevant updates required.It is expected that you manage team performance by setting individual annual objectives for the team and review progress on a regular basis. You will monitor team and individual targets based on call quality & productivity and cash collections to ensurecompany KPIs are met, hold regular portfolio reviews with team members to review performance, productivity and provide support as necessary. You will also hold monthly one to ones and appraisals performance reviews ensuring team members are meeting performanceexpectations and demonstrating company behaviours and values, addressing performance issues as appropriate and conducting disciplinary and grievance procedures as required.Good attention to detail is essential for the post of Credit Control Team Leader along with excellent organisational and effective communication skills.
