Job Description

Role: Contact Centre Team LeaderLocation: FalkirkSalary: £26,000 + bonus up to £3000Our Falkirk based client are looking for a Contact Centre Team Leader to join their growing team and take the next step in their career.As a Team Leader, youll play a vital role in empowering and energising your team to deliver unparalleled customer care.The Role:

  • Managing a team of 10-15 agents
  • Elevate performance standards to ensure exceptional outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Efficiently manage workloads
  • Ensuring tasks are completed promptly
  • Contribute to the enhancement of quality assurance
  • Drive continuous improvement
  • Identify avenues for operational advancement
