We currently have a vacancy for an Accounts Payable Clerk within the Finance team at our Larbert office, working 37.5 hours MondayFriday, on a Full Time Fixed Term Basis.As an Accounts Payable Clerk, your primary responsibilities would becoding & processing Supplier invoices using an electronic Purchase Ordering system, while also being responsible for all aspects of maintaining your designated accounts.The role would require frequent liaising with Suppliers over the phone and via email regarding any queries. You should ensure that the Supplier requirements are met in a courteous, professional manner at all times while being aware of and understanding thedepartmental and business targets; and the role that you play in their delivery. Periodic compliance duties would also form a part of this role with other general office and ad-hoc duties.This is an extremely fast paced position and therefore, previous Accounts Payable experience in a high volume role, with ability to work well under pressure is desirable in order to be fully successful within this post.Good attention to detail is essential for this role along with excellent organisational and communication skills.Benefits also provided by Certas include discount schemes, pension scheme and holiday buy and sell options.
