Dutch Credit Control Team Lead

JHE & Partners are working with an international giant who are looking for a fluent Dutch Credit Control Team Lead. The company is continuing to expand and is a major player in their field, established over 100 years ago.You will be an experienced team lead, fluent in Dutch and well-versed in all areas of credit control. You may be currently working in a senior credit control role looking for that next step, alternatively you may be currently working in a team lead rolebut looking for a new challenge. This is an exciting opportunity where youll lead a team of 5 Credit Controllers managing customers for the business continental European business.Youll manage and continuously improve credit control processes, leveraging technology and/or automation.Your main responsibilities will include:

• Build strong working relationship with stakeholders and ensure the credit control service is in accordance with strategy for all customers.
• Manage the team to manage relevant internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Drive the team in the achievement of quality, accuracy and timely delivery of Order to Cash services in accordance to the defined SLAs/KPIs.
• Ensure the processes are efficient, compliant and own the process controls.
• Ensure compliance to Group accounting standards both locally & internationally.
• Identify, facilitate and implement process improvement ideas to improve process efficiencies.
• Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities as required for the countries served in IFSS.
• Proactively identify inefficiencies, perform route cause analysis and implement improvements; working with international finance teams and relevant stakeholders.
• Manage credit risk within the O2C process whilst maximising sales and collecting debtor balances, both locally and for all customers.
• Relationship building & business partnering - with both internal and external customers at both a local and international level.

Candidate specification:

• In depth experience obtained in Credit Management, preferably within the retail or FMCG sectors.
• In depth experience in managing a team of people.
• In depth experience in the full credit control process, ideally within a shared services environment
• AICM - Affiliate in the Institute of Credit Management - Preferable
• Native level Dutch or Belgian language skills, including written and verbal, are essential
• Additional German & French language skills, would be an advantage in the role, but not essential

This is a fantastic opportunity with a generous salary of £30,000 - £37,000 with excellent perks including 26 days holiday + bank, health cashback scheme, generous pension, flexible working including home working but occasional attendance to the Bradfordoffice would be required
