As a Barclays Salesforce Developer for Salesforce.com applications on Service clouds, you will be responsible for understanding the business requirements and technical design to build the Salesforce code, work with the technical designer to develop thesolution as per the design, write detailed test cases for CIT testing, do the testing to make sure it is of the desired quality, support the testing phases & fix the defects as per SLA. You will also be part of a team in Group-wide consolidated Client Onboarding,Fulfilment, KYC and Offboarding. What youll be doing Performing Code Review and Code Optimization on APEX, and troubleshooting with debugging skills when needed Analyzing business requirements, and providing technical solutions Performing Impact analysis on new requirements Designing and delivering Salesforce solutions on Service cloud, Financial cloud, etc Performing hands-on development of various components and configurations within salesforce Managing a team of developers and mentor junior developers on architecture, design and development Working with cross-functional IT teams to build strategic architecture and design Translating simple to complex user requirements into functional and actionable software within the Salesforce environment What were looking for: Deep experience of Salesforce Sales, Community and Service Cloud applications. Hands on experience in service cloud features like OMNI channel, Live Agent chat, Force.com customization, salesforce lightening Aura and LWC components and GIT Excellent skills in Salesforce development technologies including; Advanced Apex (Triggers, Dynamic Apex) Advanced Visual force, Javascript Integration (both real time and batch) via SOAP and BULK API, Apex Callouts and Data migration using Apex data loader and other data loading tool Skills that will help you in the role: Salesforce.com accreditation with experience on Service cloud, Financial cloud, etc. Experience of completing Code Review and Code Optimization on APEX Excellent communication (written, analytical and verbal) with exceptional interpersonal skills Experience in Mentoring and Managing a team of Developers Where will you be workingThe Barclays Technology Campus, just outside Manchester, is our transatlantic tech command centre for information security in the UK.
