You will be working as part of a fast paced and busy company, based in Knutsford. Answering email enquiries via Zendesk
Answering phone calls and dealing with phone enquiries
Responding to live chat enquiries

Skills and experience required:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A friendly, patient, and positive approach to our customers and work
Previous experience in customer service
Computer literate & learns quickly
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Flexible can-do attitude
Fluent in Polish and English
