Please apply asap to enquire about extra benefits offered by this Nursery.Main duties and responsibilites:To be responsible for the smooth running of the baby room or toddler room, providing support to children aged 0-3; to be responsible for weekly planning to ensure the needs of every child are met; to work as part of a team to deliver an ambitious and flexiblecurriculum, which is driven by the childrens interests and curiosity; to have an excellent knowledge of child development in order to accurately observe and assess children.Operational responsibilities:To ensure, through good practice, that the Nursery consistently meets the requirements set out in the Early Years Foundation Stage to a minimum good standard; to maintain regular staff supervisions, assessing the performance of all staff through regularmanagement observations. to ensure that all policies and procedures of the Nursery are adhered to.As a minimum, an NVQ Level 3 qualification in childcare is required, and at least 2 years experience in an Early Years setting.
