As a Barclays Cyber Forensic Network Specialist, youll join an exciting new venture within the Chief Security Office (CSO). You will assist in delivering high quality Cyber Forensic services and support for both internal and external stakeholders includingJoint Operation teams, Cyber Operations, Fraud, legal and internal investigations teams. What will you be doing Assisting with the management of the Cyber Forensic infrastructure and tooling ensuring specialist equipment, data processing and storage facilities are maintained and compliant Securing and preservation of digital evidence from a variety of network sources including desktops, laptops, servers, cloud platforms, network storage & logging platforms Processing digital evidence in preparation for investigative review by the Cyber Forensic and other internal investigation teams Identifying effective, efficient and innovative means of gathering electronic evidence from Barclays network and enterprise operations leveraging automation to enhance efficiency Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with stakeholders, management and infrastructure support teams throughout the global organisation Validating & documenting new and existing tooling and forensic processes for the forensic team Delivering, reporting and assurance to attest to the security of the Cyber Forensic infrastructure Providing technical expertise to the Cyber Forensics Investigation team, supporting through research of data held within Barclays strategic platforms and other unstructured data What were looking for: Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Experience supporting/managing a forensic lab and associated infrastructure & tooling Knowledge of enterprise IT & network technologies including active directory, networking, virtualisation & storage platforms along with service management and logging platforms. Working knowledge of a variety of operating systems with experience as a system administrator or in network related operational role Skills that will help you in the role: Experience with leading cloud & virtualisation platforms & technologies Knowledge/Experience of forensic automation approaches and technologies SANS GIAC & other industry certifications/qualifications Experience of the acquisition and examination of mobile devices Where will you be workingYou will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford.
