Job Description

In fact, they have recently relocated to brand new offices in Knutsford, with a lot more space for them to grow the team. The only way is up for them and your career!You will get full training and support from your friendly and welcoming team. Once youve learned the ropes, you will look after your own client base, making this a role with responsibility and autonomy.The role is busy and will keep you on your toes. No two days are the same, so if youre looking for varied and interesting, youve come to the right place.Details of the Administrator position:

  • £20k - £25k D.O.E
  • 9AM - 5PM Monday - Friday (1 hour lunch)
  • 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays + your birthday off
Responsibilities of the Administrator:You will be responsible for organising the transport of goods across the globe. This will require you to take the customers request and speak to your suppliers to get an idea of costs. You will provide a quote for your customer and once theyve given thego ahead you will arrange and coordinate the deliveries. Theres paperwork in abundance that you will need to retrieve from both parties to ensure all the is are dotted and the ts are crossed! You will follow the process through right to delivery, dealingwith any issues that can pop up along the way.As I said above, you dont need any experience within logistics, as you will be fully trained!What do you need in order to be considered for the Administrator positionIdeally you will have some administrative experience. You will need to have MS Office knowledge including Outlook and Excel.
