Job Description

Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join our team, This positon will be based at home, with a view to travel to Regional offices. You will be working on a full-time permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you willreceive a competitive salary of OTE £40k plus per annum Plus Company Van Plus Benefits.The strength of our organisation lies in the quality of the people we work with. Our award winning services include property repairs and maintenance, renewable energy installations, gas servicing, mechanical and electrical installation and maintenance, service centreprovision and construction.If you are a fantastic graphic design specialist looking to make a difference by working at a smart, straightforward, and people-focused business then it makes sense to read on.The TeamYoud be joining the Marketing and Communications Team responsible for delivering excellent and creative B2B and B2C communications across the UK for Liberty and its subsidiary brands.As a people-focussed business, well support you to grow and develop your skills because we want to work with great people who thrive in their roles and do great work.The team works closely with colleagues in our sister company ForHousing, so although were a small team there will always be support available.Your PartYoull be a brand guardian for Liberty and its subsidiary brands and create innovative concepts before developing and delivering high quality digital campaign materials for all platforms, from screen to print, website, social media, and other digital channelsto support the business achieve its goals.Using your design skills and attention to detail, youll look for ways to improve on existing materials, to keep them fresh and to drive engagement with staff, customers, and clients, in partnership with the rest of the Marketing and Communications Team.Youll be well organised and will lead Libertys design function, liaising and working with external agencies as required, and will take ownership of digital assets, maintaining and developing archives for future reference.Strong IT skills and are a must, including the Adobe suite (InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier, Photoshop etc) Microsoft Office software knowledge is also required particularly Word and PowerPoint where you will be required to create and updatetemplate designs and create impactful presentations.Above all, youll be driven to make a positive difference and take pride in the work you do.You can view some of the digital content that we have created at customer-hubWhats in it for youWe offer a range of benefits for a rewarding career including though not limited to:
